Do you remember Roy Hobbs?

He was the hard-luck baseball prodigy played by Robert Redford in The Natural, one of my all-time favorite movies.

Even though Roy is a fictional character, he’s symbolic of something very real inside every one of us: an incredibly powerful drive to be our best. It’s a drive that has no limitations, and it can show us what we’re truly capable of, which is so much more than we ever thought possible.

Our drive might be hidden under the oppressive weight of self-doubt. But make no mistake, it’s definitely there.

I know because I’ve lived it. My promising running career was cut short in college by drug dependency and mental health issues. Then came many years of questioning if I’d ever return to competitive running. But I have. Now over twenty years later, I’m winning my age group and taking top finishes in races.

What’s the takeaway from all this?

Your best is yet to come!

It’s in the spirit of overcoming obstacles—at any age—I’ve started this company. I want to support you in the inner and outer journey toward achieving your best results, one step at a time.

Keep going,
